1. Data We Access

Through our integrations with advertising platforms (including Meta/Facebook Ads), we access:

• Ad campaign data: Campaign names, ad performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions), ad creative metadata
• Account data: Ad account IDs and names necessary for API access

We do not access personal data of end users, customers, or ad viewers through these integrations. We only access aggregated advertising performance data.

2. How We Use This Data

Data accessed through advertising platform APIs is used exclusively for:

• Internal performance tracking and reporting
• Campaign optimization and budget management
• Automated creative management (publishing, pausing, and organizing ads)

3. Data Storage & Security

• All data is stored on secured servers with encrypted connections (TLS/SSL)
• API tokens and credentials are stored in encrypted environment variables, never in source code
• Access is restricted to authorized personnel only
• We do not sell, share, or transfer accessed data to third parties

4. Data Retention

Advertising performance data is retained for the duration of active campaigns and up to 12 months after campaign completion for reporting purposes. Data may be deleted upon request.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services for data storage and processing:

• Airtable — structured data storage for campaign and performance metrics
• Google Analytics — website analytics (separate from ad platform data)

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request access to data we hold
• Request correction or deletion of data
• Object to data processing
• File a complaint with a supervisory authority

To request deletion of any data associated with your account or advertising data, please contact us at the address below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Data Deletion Instructions

Required by Meta Platform Terms

To request deletion of data accessed through our Meta Ads integration:

1. Send an email to roehl@crmedien.de with the subject "Data Deletion Request"
2. Include your Meta Ad Account ID or business name
3. We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days
